I did the usual cubing meat, inserting jalepeno and wraping with bacon. Instead of grilling them alone, I went and picked a green pepper and got an onion and made a kabob. When the bobs were about done on the grill, I took some KC masterpiece barbeque sauce and liberally brushed it on. I used duck and turkey breast and all I have to say is wow. I ate Kabobs. This is the best way I have found to fix duck.
