Posted this on another board, but does anyone own a Duck Water boat? They look sweet, and Ive been doing a little research on them. Just trying to get some fellow duck hunter's opinions. Thanks boys!

I have a friend that has one and man let me tell you it is a floating tank. If it wasn't for the price I would look into getting one.

All in all they are very solid tanks/boats.

What size is yours?

I was looking into the 21 or 25 would like feedback also. How is the workmanship, weld joints, paint, fit & finish and etc? how does it handle big water, If you take a wave over the bow how much water comes in? rough ride? anything you don't like or would want done differently if you were having one built? what is the blind like?

jehler, I have the stealth 17 footer, its been excellent, V. good in rough water, takes very little water over the bow.The blind is also very good . I dont have experience with the 25 footer, butI have seen one and spoke to someone one that rode in one, (not a owner , a client of a guide), he wished he could get one.
The welds are excellent as far as I can see.
I bought this boat as a long term investment, I am not the best at
babying a boat I am the rough and ready type, this is also a reason I choose this boat.

Thanks seaneen, I don't really need the 25 but I happen to have a 225 optimax laying around and there is not many duck boats out there that will take that motor. Do you no the name of the guide who has the 25?
