I ordered a call from Ducklander Calls a few months ago. I did not ever receive the call so I called/e-mailed them. After a few attempts I received a reply to an email, that said the first call had been shipped and a second call would be on the way. I requested a shipping confirmation/tracking number, so I could track the call. It has been a month or so, and I still have not received the tracking number or a call.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with Ducklander Calls?

i have not had a problem with Ducklander Calls - nor have i ever heard of anyone else having a problem with them. Bobby is a great guy and will take care of the situation.

I have experienced no problems with Bobby or Ducklander calls.
If you are having a problem, I suggest giving Bobby a call. I have no doubt this will solve any problems you may be having.

He was quick to ship a few calls i bought off him. Bobby is a good guy.

I talked to Bobby yesterday, and he said he would be sending another call. He is suppose to send it tomorrow. I guess I will keep my finger's crossed.

Bobby is an honest guy 100%. There is ALWAYS the chance the postal service simply screwed up!!!!!!!!!
But it looks like he is making it right....which shows his great customer service :thumbsup:
