I wonder what human qualities that bear displayed? The poor thing, why it was totally misunderstood. They are so affectionate and cuddly, why would they kill it?

You never know when it comes to bears. I wonder if the bear felt the man was infringing on his food source???
Especially in the Rockies with the grizzlies one needs to watch ones travels....
I still remember the ol trappers tales of being hunted by Wolverines and how cunning they were back in the sled dog trap lines days.
