Why would you need one? Nothing really to do to for a 311 except a little cleaning and a lot of shooting. A very simple gun with few moving parts. Good working man's gun that now are selling used for more money than they cost new.
I've rebuilt 2, both 20 ga, one was a 3". You can find an exploded view of one on numrich or egunparts.com.
What is wrong with it? I can guess what the problem likely is, based on my experiences. Is it a problem that happens when you open up the guns action? Both of mine had been used so much, the catch on the barrel would slip past the tang that pivots and stops it. It would open too far and not close back up.
