Duck or Goose finger steaks-
Cut the meat up into strips and let soak in salt water overnight. Roll meat in flour and seasoning of your taste then dip in egg/milk and roll in crumpled saltine crackers. Pan fry this until golden brown. The saltine crackers make a great breading. Try this, you will love it!
