More poppers today! Marinated the duck in honey, sriracha and pineapple juice. Then drizzled them with a hot honey when they came off the grill.

Grilled lemon pepper duck breast, great northern beans with onions, garlic, butter, lemon juice and Parmesan over arugula. Slightly overcooked the duck but still amazing.

thanks, only took me 3 seasons and probably 2 boxes of shells to get my first goose :lol3: got my hunting buddies converted to going for them now though after the pastrami made its rounds.

Made some duck tonight. Pan seared with a little curry powder. Cooked some
Soba noodles in miso ginger broth with Thai red curry paste, ginger, red peppers, baby Bok choy, garlic, leeks, and cilantro.

Made ceviche using sea bass caught yesterday and jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, and tomatoes from my garden. Threw in calimari, shrimp, scallops, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, garlic, and limes from the store.
