Hi, I found a bunch of old hand colored prints that I was hoping somebody might have a little info on. They're pretty simple, but still very appealing in a folk art sort of way. The signature isn't obvious, so I don't know where to start. There were 8 total (all in the same style as the pictures i'll include). They're all labeled "Back Bay, VA" with dates from 1929 and 1930. I just thought it would be cool to know more about them. I've lived my whole life on the Sacramento Delta, so Virginia's Back Bay to me is so exotic and distant that it might as well be the Okavango.
Anyway, I appreciate any help you can give.

Arthur Nevin is the name. For the life of me I just couldn't see "Arthur" in the signature for some reason. My 12 year old niece didn't have that same problem though as she was able to see it in about 5 seconds. When I googled "Arthur vintage duck decoy" it popped up all over google images. Anyway, just wanted to let ya'll know.
