Congrats on the new gun, I hope it brings you many years of fun. New gun day is almost better than Christmas.

As for chokes, I am kind of boring. I use Modified in 12 for all my hunting except for two scenarios. I use IM for launching at geese and XF for turkey in my ten gauge.

I typically use factory chokes for my modified but if I upgrade I either use Trulock or Briley. Briley was my first choice for aftermarket but I am now a TruLock guy. I messed up on an order and their customer service was outstanding. They won a customer from their actions. I bet your factory chokes will be just fine. AM chokes are just for spending money which I do too much on shooting/hunting as it is.
