I have been looking at the Franchi 912, I am curious if anyone haas any experience with these guns at all? Any information on this gun or any comments would be helpful.

I just Purchased a 912 variomax for 699 at scheels they are nice and i also like the way you can switch from low to high If your shooting 3 1/2" i recomend a limbsaver but pad

I bought one last year, soon after i made that post. I LOVE THE GUN!! I killed a lot of ducks and geese with it last year. I shot a limit of teal with it this morning as well. I have shot benellis and berettas and this gun is up there with them, without the heavy price tag.
Glad to see another franchi in the field.

P.S.- With a patternmaster choke, that gun is deadly out to 80 yards on geese. No cripples, clean kills every time. I shoot a patternmaster with 3.5" kent fasteel BB's. Give it a try!!
