Hello,

Here you will find duck boat plans, duck blind plans, duck hunting information, duck hunting games and more. This site started out as a place to post pictures of the duck boat I built and has developed into much more. I am an avid duck hunter that was looking for a layout duck boat to get into the hard to reach places without sticking out like a sore thumb. After looking around and checking prices I decided to build my own duck boat. I had heard of building fiberglass duck boats with a Polystyrene core but could not find any plans or instructions. I have decided to offer this information to the Duck Hunting Community FREE of charge.

That is really cool i am going to have to build something like this on the off season...

are the sides strong enough to put some kind of anchor?

It's very sturdy and should be able to handle it.

No problem about the correction.

This is pretty awesome. I think I will get to building one when it warms up a bit. Not to fond of building a boat when it is 3 degrees and I am on crutches!

When I get around to it I will put up some pics. The only thing that I do not like about it is using fiberglass. I HATE that stuff.

Glass Rocks~! but then again I use to use the stuff everyday...

build a hybrid...i made one off of the diy duckboats and i love it but i know i could have made a hybrid that would be lighter and cheaper
