I just finished my second season w/ my gold hunter. Sometimes it has feeding problem, slow action... even after a good cleaning. Does anyone have this problem. I love the gun but I am not always confident w/ it for feeding while duck hunting. Usually it's the 3rd round which won't feed. Thanks for any in put. Bob

Have you broken it completely down and cleaned it?

Take off your recoil pad and be sure your spring is tight.Have you completly disasembled the gun and cleaned it..?What kind of ammo are you using..?My gold will occasionaly stove pipe a kent 3 1/2, and rem 3 1/2s get stuck.Ive gone thru cases of winchester and federal and never had a jam :thumbsup:

Make sure you clean out the Magazine tube. Mine used to do the same thing and once I cleaned out the mag. tube the prblem was gone.....until the next time it got too dirty. I made cleaning the mag. tube part of every cleaning job the gun recieved.
