well, i had a good day on sat with geese, i shot two pretty good size honkers, and i saw plenty of ducks including pintails, woodies, bluebills mallards and some teal.. The only reason i did shoot a duck tho was because i went to the other side of the pond to get a downed goose and a hen woody flew out a little too close, so that got it. let me know how everyone did

The ol' wind was blowin on Saturday. In West Central IL on the Mississippi River there were a lot of Gadwals flying. We didn't do any good on opening day. Sunday we go two teal and two mallards. We also got two geese on Sunday.

We did alright. 17 ducks between 4 guys on the Illinois river. No geese though.
