DU has quite a few recipes.... http://www.ducks.org/waterfowling/recipes/index.asp the one ive tried that i like is called duck wrappers...kinda fun snackin too... basically cut breasts into one inch squares... wrap with a jalapeno slice...then wrap with bacon and a toothpick....grill with ur favorite bbq sauce....ya can even fix coot this way and throw away the coot and eat the bacon and jalapeno....hehehehe. nah theyre purty good...

:spam: For any kind aof duck get your bar-ba-que goin.
You wrap your duck in tin foil and put chopped onions in there with it.Then put it on the bar-ba-que for 20 minutes then take out the duck and put it on the burner until it gets brown.
