Goose Stick's
Just read on another site about a guy taking his snow goose breast's to the locker, and having them made into stick's. He said they were very good, just as good as deer stick's. Might have to give this a try.

OH, Goose and Ducks, along with other Game birds are GREEEEEAAAAAAAT made into Snack Sticks! :thumbsup:
1 thing you have to do, if making them yourself is to add either Ground Beef Fat or something to keep them from getting dry!
I normally put 1 pound of beef fat to 4 pounds of ground Wild Bird Breasts.

We do that with snow geese at a meat locker. They make them in terriaki and jalepeno. They are just as good as deer sticks imo.
