[The Waterfowler]

These big-footed things are becoming my favorite turkey to hunt. The areas they are in are spectacular. I killed these in Durango, Mexico.

Size comparison with a Merriam's. The bone structure and frames of these birds are huge.

This gobbler will be tied for number 5 on beard length in the NWTF records if I enter him.

The hen with him has a 7 inch beard that doesn't show in this picture. The little antler is from a Coues Deer. We saw several that would score over 100 on our last trip. They are pretty and unique little white-tails.
