Breast out some ducks, as many as you got, and soak'em in a brine solution with a little vinegar in it overnight. Next marinate'em for about half a day in I-talyun dressing. Coat the entire filets in coarse ground black pepper and chunk'em on the grill. Cook'em 'til they're about medium rare to medium. It goes great with cold Miller High Life. :salude: :thumbsup: You just can't find an easier recipe for quackers, that is unless you just give'em to your wife and let her cook'em. :withstupid:
