I feel your pain, the first time I picked that call up , I sucked at it, but it is slightly specialized, and I think that is why I had a hard time blowng it, I have a MM now, and I had a big river flute to start of with. There is a huge difference in blowing between a short reed and a flute. That might be the main reason that you are having trouble. I have not used any Cd's yet, I listen to geese mostly and try to mimick their sounds, I also listen to other callers and try to pickup what i like. Practice made perfect for me, I blow my call while drivingto work every day, otherwise I don't make any progress

i have a poly power clucker, i have watched the fist base dvd, art of paralyzing and bad grammer. i still cant get good sounds out of this call,
