Hey guys let talk!!!!!!! I am new to this forum, but a vetern waterfowler. It is allways nice to now whats going on in other areas and them ducks(and yes geese). I hunt whats here, geese, diver, puddlers. My range is from Maumee, to Ashtabula, to Medina (and in the late, late, season down south). Some other info of where Ohio waterfowlers are doing well is always a plus, and yes I know that not everyone will tell there hot spots, so areas or just something. Lets help each other out! I have not been out yet, but I will keep posts on what is hot in ottawa cty. I hope to get out and kill some geese soon.

Have almost maxed out every day with my hunting groups the first and second day. Shy one bird per day. Hunting private property in Ottawa County. Have yet to talk with the heavy hitters here at work to see how they've done also.

Early season is looking up for some. I'm lucky that I have contacts to hunt with here. Some land owners near the lake are charging $2000 for a group up to 10 hunters for the season (no guests allowed).

have been going only in the mornings around where i live and the past three times we have limited out in only ten minutes. this morning we had a few groups of ducks circle. but the goose population here is great but there becoming very leary on the north and west parts of town but not in the southern part which i think is kinda weird. goin out tomorrow for the closer hopefully its as good as this morning
