how big of motor can the otter stealths handle?

They say you are suppose to use up to 2HP but my buddy put a 6.5HP on his.. The company said as long as it is under 75lbs. (the motor) then you should be OK... I think my buddy's motor weighs 65lbs..
6.5 now that would have some get up and go on a 100lb boat. surprised it doesnt bust the motor bracket off the boat.i was thinking of getting a 3.5 maybe. can you ask him how fast it goes with the 6.5 and how it handles. it must get up on plain with that big of motor
