Humping???

My yellow like to hump other dogs and little kids. I hate it, although it is funny when he gets ahold of the anoying neighbor kid. Anyway, I need to fix this problem fairly quick. What the heck do I need to do.. I have tried everything I know. hes not mean when he does it or when you get him off of the dog or the kid. Its just embarsing.

My 1 year old female (fixed) still LOVES to hump her cousin when she visits. I think it annoys my brother sometimes BUT I can't help laughing.
She wont touch people or other dogs just her cousin so I assume (as suggested in a previous post) that it is a dominance thing.
