I will tell you right up front that duck hunting in western Maine isn't action packed like you see on dvd's. In a morning I might get two or three flocks to decoy in for me. With that said I'm always looking for company on the water. Also I'm an avid fly fisherman and Western Maine is known for it's great fishing for Brookies, Landlock Salmon, Browns, Rainbows as well as Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass. This is more for anyone looking to hunt or fish a new part of Maine and looking for some good company. The best day I had this year we got 5 common mergansers, 3 canadian geese, 3 woodies, 2 ringnecks, and 1 mallard.
