Had a fella in the ER today that told me ALL about Skin Walker Ranch. I knew the place was in Utah, but I didn't know where and didn't know too much about it. Come to find out, it is about 3 hours from where I live.

Anyway Bo, enjoy. :oops::oops:

Nice! I like that stuff as long as I’m a safe distance from it. No need to take any chances.

Did you watch the video AND read the content behind that link? Some crazy stuff!
I’d never heard of it until now but there is no end to the YouTube videos about it. Crazy stuff.

Show about it airs Tuesday nights after "The Curse of Oak Island" on the History channel. Am hooked on Oak Island, but have never been able to stay awake through a whole Skinwalker.

I also learned there is a program on Netflix, "The Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch." I watched the first 2 episodes last night and to be honest, it's kind of hokey so far and the acting isn't exactly Grammy award winning stuff.
I'll check out "The Curse of Oak Island."

Let me know if the Oak Island boys find the gold after all this time.

I’ve never seen an episode but it must have been on for 10+ years now?

This reminded me about this story out of Texas from a few weeks ago.

Watched 2 episodes last night. The history is cool but the acting is horrible. If they would just let the guys act normal it would be way better. The owner of the ranch is the worst. Kinda reminds me of a Bruce Wayne, dr. Evil, Charlie from Charlie’s angel’s kind of villain, superhero billionaire character.

I watched a couple more episodes and it is pretty interesting. It's kept my interest. Agreed on the Doctor Evil comparison. I knew the owner was a d-bag when he drove the visiting scientist to the helicopter hanger in a Lamborghini. I'm more impressed when a multimillionaire like that shows up to the party in a 15 year old beat to hell dodge truck.

Agreed. Back in my oilfield days we worked on the briscoe ranch which dates back to before the civil war. The original ranch is 440,000 acres and they also own the surrounding ranches. Chip briscoe drove a early 2000s F250 2wd work truck and the rumors were that the oil companies had to call and pester him to get his checks deposited. He was also seen in the local hardware store returning pvc fittings that he didn’t need. Man was as humble as they get. Can’t help but to respect a man like that.

Most (normal) wealthy people I know are quite frugal. Makes sense that part of their wealth is because they don't make stupid purchases. Lot's of people that are good at making money and far fewer that are good at keeping it.

Mike- How far are you into the Netflix Skinwalker ranch show?

I thought some pale faces were gonna get scalped in episode 6, but no go.
Starting episode 3 right now.

They sure like the term "anomaly" on this show. If you were having a drinking game where you drink every time the word "anomaly" is mentioned, you'd be stumble azz drunk about 10 minutes in.
That’s for sure. Watching episode 5 right now where nobody dares to open the well cover. I’m curious to watch the almost scalping.

 You're going to be disappointed. About the nicest, mellow Ute medicine man shows up in that episode to bless the land. No tomahawks were used. Bummer.
Just finished watching episode 8 and imagine my excitement when I can see my place of employment at the 18:00 minute mark. 👍
