Information on ground blind

I am a newbie to Duck hunting but have corn field hunted geese for about 3 years. My buddies and I would like to convert and do duck hunting for a variety of reasons. We would like to build out of wood a blind on the shorline. I would like to fit 3 people, two dogs, and enougn room for a cooler and small table for a stove. Any help on setting up the foundation and ideas for building would be appricated.

BTW the blind will be on private land.
