Looking to lease or get in on a lease within an early morning's drive of Falls Church, VA. Willing to work and pay for the privilege.

Just cant compete with the blind law system and want a sure-fire place to go.

Am in one here in SEVA and belive me true duck clubs are few around here. Might want to think about looking into a deer lease and see if they have any good creeks around the land they lease.
