Good afternoon folks, long time since I posted here. Recently moved back to California this summer. Just saw that USFWS issued the following announcement today (See below). I think this is the first that this has ever happened in the history of the refuge, someone please correct me if I wrong.

Fingers crossed for a wet/rainy winter, we really need it! Hope this helps folks that are starting to make plans for the upcoming season. Cheers!

My worry would be that once its gone they wont give it back . This no water for the refuges has gone on even when plans were in place

I rarely feel sorry for California hunters (other than living in California) but this does suck. Is the water going to Hollywood, LA and Vegas?
