Does any one have reports on this new gun, i own a 835 and love it , just looking to step up to a autoloader. Im lookin at this gun or a beretta extrema, i know it dosent shoot 23/4" but hey i never ever shoot that stuff trough my goose gun anyways. It would be used for puddleducks/canada geese.

I bought a 935 mag 2 weeks ago, put 250 rounds through it,and absolutley love it! The camo pattern is superb, the fit and finish is great for a 3-1/2 semi-auto that only costs $450.00! Mossberg says it only shoots 3" and 3-1/2" shells, but after I ran about 100-125 3" shells through it it cycled 2-3/4" also!

I love my 935 in max 4. It patterns awesome. It has no problems shooting high brass 2 3/4 shells its the smaller target loads it gets choked up on sometimes. As for a waterfowl gun its gotta be one of the best values out there.

F&S gave this gun their #1 pick of the year for shotguns in price vs value. I am looking for the shotgun in Utah but so far no luck, a local can order one in but nothing to size it with. So far from what I have read and heard it is a sweet gun and one that you wont mind getting muddy...

I bought a brand new 1187 left last Dec for duck hunting and since day one it jams almost every shot. I took it to 2 gun smith and sent it back to the factory and it still jams. Opening morning of duck season it jammed again. I went to Brass Pro and got the 935 Max 4 Camo pattern that gun hasn't missed a lick yet i love it.

I pick mine up on 12/15. I live in Calif and had to really search for the gun. For all of you that live in a normal state, check out Wallmart. Yes Wallmart. $475 + tx. They are not allowed to sell firearms in Calif. You'll have to order it, but they can have it in about 10 days. I can't wait!!

I bought mine about a month ago. It has performed very well. I have to make sure that I push the shells all of the way up until it clicks or the shells will sometimes kick back up under the loading gate.

Academy Sports here in Little Rock had them for $379 in the paper the other day.. I paid $429 for a black one. Great gun so far!!

Took it out thurs and ran a box of shells through it. Hunted with it on Sat and I couldn't be happier. Just shot 3". I have an A-5 Browning 3" Mag and have shot that for the last 10 yrs. The 935 fits me alot better.

I dont have one (yet  ), but I have heard good reports about it (like the posts above), but the only thing that keeps me from pouncing on one is the whole "over boared barrell", I dont really understand the system. Does anyone know how and why this is better? It makes sense that the recoil is reduced, but what about the patterning? Mabey some answers to this post will help you (h20fowlhunter) too.

Over boring is a trick that the great skeet shooters have been using for years, it gives your shot a longer space to taper down in. It is supposed to give less shot deformity, and is supposed to pattern better. I would think that this would pertain more to lead than to steel shot. I have also read where the over boring only works when the barrel is warm, can't quite figure this one out.

Make sure you clean it everytime you use it! I have shot it every weekend and weds. That's when the refuge is open. I didn't do a through cleaning last time and I noticed it wasn't working as smooth as before. Break it down and clean it before you use it too.

Good Luck!
