As it says, moving to NH from AR and I'm totally in the dark on duck hunting north of MO. I would appreciate any info on duck hunting, clubs that are accepting new members, leases, where to find the ducks, how they are hunted, and so on. I'm not new to chasing ducks...but totally new to NH.

I'm not afraid of travel and I already spend a good bit on it in AR, so money isn't a show stopper...to a point.

Any guidance is appreciated.

Welcome to NH. I've never hunted AR, but have been out to Missouri duck hunting. We, unfortunately, don't have the number of birds as the Midwest. I've seen hunting videos in AR, and from what I've seen, they get a mess of birds. May help a bit more if you tell us what area you are locating to. Best advice I can give is Google Earth is your friend. Find a spot and put boots to ground. Not sure there is any duck clubs or leases in NH. Private land that is not posted, is open to recreation, but it is always a good idea to ask permission. Good luck to you this year.

More or less Portsmouth...but have truck and boat...will travel.

Any land that's not posted = legal. Get OnX and ask permission if you can. Only helps the rest of us.
