find any small creeks and ponds out near farm lands. Get a dozen decoys and start hunting small areas.

I think duck hunting was allowed in the gunpowder between baltimore and harford counties. But my best advice is to find some small creeks with openings in them. A place like over grown with trees all over the creek and then a small pool with the trees opening up so the ducks can fly in. Or a open pond for geese or fields for geese.
