Central IL is not the greatest place for public waterfowl hunting. I would suggest heading south (Rend, Carlyle.) If you can't, then try shelbyville. Check out the latest aerial surveys. Remember that weather can change everything (1 cold front pushed 80,000 ducks out of Chautauqua.)
