Just picked up a new dog on Sunday. Still a little puppy time left with him as he is 5 months old already. My breeder intended on keeping him, but suffered a very bad car accident that left her unable to walk for some time now. She wanted to see the dog go to a hunting home, so she gave him to me. Here are some pictures of my new project.

Here is a picture of what they both do best!!!

GREAT looking gsps---how much do they weigh--My gsp is HUGE. When I was looking for me pup I wanted a gsp from a bigger line so that I could duck hunt in really cold weather with him---my pup is 75-78lbs.

Mfetter I'd say you got a big guy alright. My female is probably about 55 lbs, but I'm positive because we haven't had her to the vet in a while. My male right now probably weighs about 35 lbs, but he's only 5 months old. I would expect him to get into the 60's though. Both dogs have the same sire and he was a good sized dog.

One is a JOY to work with, two is plain work!!!

I'm just kidding. I'm having fun with both of them, but it is a lot more time, work, and bird money. My priority is still on my female though. She should pass her NAVHDA UT test this September or October if I can get the water work down.

My female is calming down about him now and doesn't get as jealous thank god. She was doing nuts for about a week after he came home.
