I'm new to both.I am heading to summer lake Oct 15,16,17.Any tips?Anyway I'm a welder fabrictor building timber products and I have a side buisness in my garage cutting art work out of sheet metal like wildlife and what nots,even ducks.Besides waterfowl I enjoy upland hunting also.

Go with someone who has been there before :thumbsup:

Good luck. BTW the winds there can get over 100mph so dont blow away. Let us know how it goes. Me, I am going to a less populated area.

I'll be at Summer Lake the weekend before. OCT 9th. I will give you some tips after I come back. I lived in Eugene last year and worked at Adams Taxidermy just south of town. I hunted a bunch down there and plan to make a few trips this year, but I'm in P-town now and back to hunting my original honey holes. Later.
