Ducks fly best at daybreak. Ducks also have a good evening flight. Alot of folks don't shoot evening flights as these birds are going to roost. If ya burn em bad in the evenings, they wont come back. Y'all have a nice day!
That's a good questions, Local regs let you know the legal shooting hours. But beening outside after dark in the fall or winter I can relate to this when deer hunting, or coming off the lake. I have witness and heard plenty of geese and ducks flying way into the wee hours of the night. really on clear nights is the best to hear them, thats if your away from the city lights and noises. By the way I was in Wisc. and Minn. when this occurred. :thumbsup: Hawk
