What is in your opinion the hands down best overall no tox reloading manual? Most of the stuff I have is limited source manuals by powder co. or places like BP. I want info that covers the widest possible variety of components for steel, bismuth and hevi. Or, do I need a couple different ones to cover the bases? The Blanks to Supersonics Shotshell Reloading Manual from Precision Reloading look like a good one. Anyone have it?

OK, thanks. I have been doing a lot of research to get started loading the high velocity steel loads and have come to the conclusion to start out with the RSI manual and wads. Do they have a lot of loads for different hulls?

I looked at one of the steel shot wad mfr.'s bismuth load books and they only listed thier wad and hull. Not a very wide list of usable components for shot that should use standard lead components for the most part. I was disapointd. I hope the RSI manual is better.

Should I get the steel shot manual or should I go for the full manual? I have a pile of lead loading manuals and other information.

I will have a bunch of nitro mag 3" hulls to start loading and I want to go 1 1/8 oz. with 1500 fps. The Alliant manual only has this load up to mid 1400's. Does the RSI manual have a 1500+ or do I need to go to another manual to get that kind of load for the nitro mag? Do I need a different hull? If so what is the best hull to reload for 3" and 3 1/2"?

Thanks for the info. I have been hearing good stuff about the federal and a lot of good things with real good loads for the fiocchi hull. I have also run into some info that the nitro base wad varies in height so I think I will just chuck my nitros and go for some federal or fiocchi hulls. I have gotten a lot of recommendations on the Ballistic Product manual and wads as well as the RSI one. Heard the PR loads were on the slow side.
