If you have been struggling on birds this season, now is the time to get out. Take advantage of the weather and winds that are coming. The bays in NW Washington have a ton of birds sitting in them. Just haven't had the wind to blow them inland to help out all the hunters. Those that are scouting are staying on birds and doing fairly well. The wind and weather should help break up the rafts of birds and blow them further inland. Good luck on the hunting.

I'm hoping for something exciting to happen on the Upper Columbia here! However, I am limited to a kayak so terrible weather isn't exactly my best friend. Hard to find protection from the wind plus the divers won't be on the lee side anyways. I will hopefully find a way to capitalize!! Good luck all!
