Why they just don't have a late season hunt, or open up more hunting, or relax some of regular season rules, I have no idea. But this seems like a waste of a solution.

That and the privelage of $20 increase in a combo liscense next year.

It is funny, but the ODFW needs to increase the price of tags and liscence, because fewer people are hunting and fishing....

What are they thinking? :huh: Why not just let us kill some more in Sept. even if we aren't allowed to kill the birds inside city limits it will create open areas for the city birds to move to as their population outstrips the resources.

Whats the worst that could happen? Raise fees and ignore you? There already doin that now.
