blhunter3, :welcome: to DHC.

I am way SE of you, so do not get up there too often anymore due to cost of gas. Years ago I could drive up and back for $30, now it is $75. Hard to justify for a mornings hunt, at least for me. As I used to hunt diver up there and be back by mid afternoon. I think the price of gas will restricting many hunters this fall.

i live my insperation peak and yea we got alot of good duck hunting on my property but im only 16 but dnt let my age surprise you. i know how to shoot and yea other then that im out to have funa and get myself a meal i have a big family im the only one in my house that duck hunts but thats why i like it its so peaceful the sounds of the birds then far off in the distance you can hear a flock of mallards then the smell of refine gun powder or the smell of my hunting dog after he been in the swamp lol
