Congratulations!
Conservation ID number XXXXXXXXX was drawn for a waterfowl quick draw reservation at Grand Pass.
The hunt will be on 10/30/2010. Draw time is at 4:30 AM.
You have been given "Pill" Number: 1
Important Notes:
•You must be at the waterfowl area by the time drawings begin for hunting spots (see the Waterfowl Reservation System Draw Times State Wide for times at your area).
•If you are not at the area ready for the draw at the draw time, you will not be allowed to hunt under your reservation.
•50 percent of the available hunting slots will be allocated to reservation holders, and 50 percent to non-reservation holders who show up each morning. Reservation holders are guaranteed that they will get to hunt that morning, but not guaranteed first choice of place to hunt ahead of non- reservation holders, since everyone who will be hunting each morning will go through a drawing to determine who gets first choice of hunting spots.
•Hunters 16 years and older need a Small Game Hunting Permit, a Missouri Migratory Bird Hunting Permit and a federal Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation Stamp (federal duck stamp).
And my old man got this email..
