Ten times the thermos that comes from China today.
I wore one out after 30 years.

My late hunting partner of 30 years carried one of those as long as I knew him. I went through several lesser 'thermoses' during that time.

I'm still using the one I bought probably 30 years ago. It didn't come with the pour through stopper... that was an upgrade shortly after I bought the thermos. It's skinned up so bad I painted it flat black. Still works great but I couldn't pass this one up.

RD, on occasion, I find the American made bottles in really good shape at antique stores. flea markets also, Ive got three of them and have less than 25 bucks in all three of them. The China ones they make now days are junk

Work. Career took me where I didn't expect to go, but felt compelled to hit the 30 year mark so I hung on to secure a better retirement. Then covid blew up and next thing you know I'm retired. The last 20 years I was on the road and being at home came with lots of catch up stuff. Feeling like I'm almost in cruise control finally. Life is getting better everyday. Got the garden planted!

Good for you, Rank. Congrats on retirement. Not a day goes by for me anymore that I don't think about retirement. I've probably got 7 more years to go and counting down each day.

I got 18 years left before retirement. On the one hand I’m looking forward to it but on the other hand I don’t want life to fly by so fast I miss it.
