For the last week I've been watching the geese poor in right behind my house. Today there must have been over 1000 in half a pivot. It was spuds last year and I'm guessing it was planted in Winter Wheat and they're coming in to grub the sprouts that came up with the snow melt this week.

I think I'm gonna paint my layout green for next year.

I just hope that if they plant WW behind my place next year, they do it earlier so it don't sprout until Feb.

What really irks me, is the geese are actually following a pattern now, which they didn't do all season.
