What is a good indicator or test that tells you if you need to get your stock cut down? I think I need to get mine shortened, but I'm not sure. There has to be some type of quick test. Anybody have any tricks?

I am no expert....but I was always told that a "normal" length of pull can be determined as follows.........with your trigger arm bent at a 90* angle at the elbow, rest your gun in the crux and you should be able to pull the trigger.....remember to have the clothing on that you would when hunting
