I'm not one to laugh at someone elses misfortune. But I just got a phone call that a construction crew right next door to our marina put a scissor lift through the ice. I was glad to hear that spring is on the way...

The marina where I work is actually next to that place. The place you are seeing is just a swamp that was recently developed (which I find offensive and sickening)

I should have found a picture of that place before the buildings. Where those are standing I used to trap muskrats and mink. Now it's a development. What you are seeing is a long skinny back bay that shoots off the main part of the St. Lawrence River
