I hunt the northern plains of the US. Usually there is a snow line through MO into KS this time of year. Well here in MN I HAD 6" of snow a week ago--all gone now. The snow line is central MN and a little bit of NE ND. Being it is so far north, how so you think the geese will respond.
I remember several years back there was a heavy snow line across MN, NE SD and NE 2/3 of ND, the geese slipped west and were in SK in no time as they had no snow in the western plains. And look at 2 years ago, no snow in SD and southern ND--the geese would go north and the next day came back south being no open water.
So with no snow basically in thier flyway until you get the MB, any clues as to what they might do as they head out of MO?
