We use an Olt 77 for calling brant on the Atlantic flyway. It makes a great brant call but since they are no longer made, are there any like it on the market that I could substitute?

Take a look at DJ Illinois River Valley Calls. The guy uses a lot of the old Olt patterns (even the same machinery i think) and he might be able to help you.
