For the first time since the CO started, I did not head back to Nebraska for a week of snows. I always tried to time the trip to catch the front of the migration, we preferred shooting mature birds when possible. Most every year I hunted north of Crete the week of St. Patrick's day. Work schedules for the group caused a cancellation this year. Just curious, how did anyone do this year? I did watch the migration on the I-net and looks like the main flight was on/about March 1.
