Went and patterned some loads and different chokes at 40 and 50 yards and the pattern is at least a foot right, used same loads and chokes in my boys m3000 and shot straight. Is there anything else other then the barrel that could be the issue? (Not shooter error)

This is the 40 yard pattern. No one has experienced a issue like this before? Was trying to see if it was a barrel issue i was going to just order another barrel if so instead of sending off because it is a 7 week turn around the email said from stoeger.
