I would think that the Bear River Refuge would be as good as any place. I haven't hunted the refuge before, but I am sure that there is someone out there that could give you directions on where to go. Good luck....sorry I couldn't be more help.
I'm going to give the BRBR tommorow, I've only been there once, we sat on the dike near the Davis club, got a shot at one but no dice, he kinda sounded like he was laughing at us as he flew away.
I was out at the refuge yesterday and the Swan hunt is going to rock. I saw at least two huge flocks of Swans come flying in with at least 20 25 birds per flock
I am going to have to say Framington Bay. I shot mine on thursday out in the middle of unit 2. you just need to be where they want to be. hike out to the middle of the lake on the ice. throw out a couple decoys and watch them pour in. Good luck!
