Here is a new one for me, jsut got it from a hunting buddy...Thanks Dustin!

Filet out your duck breast. Wrap them in bacon and then dredge them in pure maple syrup. Cook on the grill 3 minutes on each side!

Best tasting bird I have eaten in a while!

do you marinate them for a bit or straight to the barbeque?

Straight to the coals!

We usually do this while cleaning the birds. Breast out a few of them put them on the grill for 6 minutes and time to eat!

that's a solid one or franks redhot instead of syrup. on of the best recipes out there.
