They've just started to leave up here in MN, and my brother in ND said they're still thick and hasn't noticed a decline yet. We've gotten some 50 degree temps for the first time since spring so it should start any time.
Teal season started 9-6-03 here in IL. I live in the central zone where the two rivers meet, and there was a few teal here but nothing to speak of. Does anyone know if the teal have left from up north.
They were relatively scarce in SWLA for most of the September season, but covered us up the last afternoon and have been thick since. Nice to have them buzzing while the dogs run. Saw my first three bunches of specks this morning, so their time's coming, too.
