Perhaps this is reading too much into it, but for me it's arrows - as I would hope for most it is. I believe you are talking about an upgrade though and not the act of getting arrows to go with your bow.
Still, In my mind, the bow and the arrows are the place where the technology or simple thought should be put with regards to performance. I learned to shoot on bows without sights, and whil I am no deadeye, I can get decent consistency at a target that way.
